General Situation The weakening high-pressure system over Vietnam and the South China Sea leads to the humidity blown with the southerly winds covering the upper portion of the Northeast. Meanwhile, the westerly winds blows prevail over the North, the Central, the East and the South. Outbreaks of thundershowers will be more likely over the Northeast than any other regions while isolated heavy rains are forecast for the South in Surat Thani south ward.
During 20-22 October, the low-pressure cell in the lower South China Sea will move pass Tip of Indochina through the Gulf of Thailand and the South with increasing rainfalls and heavy rain in the lower Central, the East and the South in clued Bangkok and vicinity. People and agricultural should beware of sever condition during the period.
