General Situation The low-pressure cell remains over Myanmar affecting continuous rains with some heavy downpours in the North. The southeasterly winds prevail across the Northeast, the Central, the East and the Gulf of Thailand. There remain continuous rains with some heavy downpours in the East and the South. People should beware of a possible flash flood.
The low-pressure cell over the lower South China Sea is expected to move to the Gulf of Thailand from 24-26 October supporting more rain with torrential downpours over the area.
