General Situation The rather strong low-pressure cell over the lower South and Malaysia is expected to move to the South on 25 October and Andaman Sea on 26 October supporting more rain with torrential downpours over the area. The low-pressure cell remains over Myanmar affecting continuous rains with some heavy downpours in the North. The southeasterly winds prevail across the Northeast, the Central, the East and the Gulf of Thailand. There remain continuous rains with some heavy downpours in the East and the South. People should beware of a possible flash flood.
