General Situation The low-pressure cell over the lower South moved into the Andaman Sea. Isolated heavy rain is expected over the South while the wind waves in the Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution and small boats should keep ashore. The southeasterly winds prevail across the Northeast, the Central, the East and the Gulf of Thailand. There remain continuous rains while the low-pressure cell covers Myanmar leading to continuous rains over the North.
Another high covers the south of China. It is expected to extend over upper Thailand during 27-31 October 2018.
