During 3-6 Nov, the high pressure over upper Thailand is weakening cause rising in temperature by 2-4C, morning fog with thick patches in some areas while still cool in the North and the Northeast. The rather strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. More rain with isolated heavy rain is likely in the South. During 7-8 Nov, the rather strong of another high pressure from China covers the Northeast and the South China Sea cause isolated rain the first in the Northeast, the Central the East then cool with strong winds afterwards. The low pressure cell covers the coast of Malaysia. It is expected to move to cover Malaysia and the lower South while the strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. Abundance rain with isolated heavy rain is likely occur in the lower South. The moderate wind and waves are expected about 2 meters over the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea.

During 3-6 Nov, people in the upper Thailand should take caution for all transportation due to poor visibility. During 7-8 Nov, people in the South, should be aware of severe weather conditions that cause flash flood. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
