General Situation The weak high pressure covers upper Thailand with rising temperatures by 1-2 ?C, morning fog, and thick patchy fog in some places. There remain cool condition in the morning along the North, the Northeast and the upper Central. People should take caution for all transports due to the poor visibility.
The moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf with continuous rains and isolated heavy downpours over the South. From 7-10 November, the low-pressure cell over the lower Gulf will move to the South leading to more rain. Isolated torrential downpours are also likely. All above periods, people in the South are warned to brace for the severe weather conditions that cause a possible flash flood.
