General Situation The lower pressure over the South is expected to move to the Andaman Sea by today (9 November) while the active northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf. In the South, there will be more rains forecast with isolated torrential downpours that may cause a possible flash flood. The strong wind waves in the Gulf are likely with 2-3 meters high and more than 3 meters in thundershower areas. All ships of both seas should proceed with caution while small boats in the Gulf keep ashore lasting 10 November.

The high-pressure system covers the North and the Northeast leading morning fog. There remains the cool condition likely in the North while outbreaks of thundershowers will be possible for the lower Northeast, the East and the lower Central regions including Bangkok and its vicinity. Farmers are advised to brace for crops damaged.

Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.
