During 21-22 Nov, the active low pressure cell covers the lower South and cause isolated heavy rain is likely over the South. During 23-27 Nov, another moderate to rather strong high pressure area form China will extend to upper Thailand. Light rain in the first after that temperature will drop 4-6 C. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with continuous rain over the areas.
The tropical Depression over the Philippines will become tropical storm and move to the South China Sea during 21-23 Nov. This storm is expected to make landfall the southern part of Vietnam during 24-27 Nov, and it will downgrade to tropical depression and low pressure cell, respectively.
Warning
During 21-22 Nov, farmers in upper Thailand should prepare for crops damaged with possible rainfall. People in the South should beware of severe conditions. All ships over the Gulf should proceed with cautions. During 21-23, passengers for Vietnam should stay tuned for the forecast.
