Isolated thundershowers with a cool spell and strong winds will be likely over the areas. A decrease in temperature by 1-3 C
The northeast monsoon will intensify with outbreaks of continuous rainfall over the South and moderate wind waves of both seas.
The tropical Depression over the south of Philippines move to the South China Sea. This storm is likely to develop into a tropical storm. This storm is expected to make landfall the southern part of Vietnam during 24-27 Nov, and it will downgrade to tropical depression and low pressure cell, respectively.
