During 23-27 Nov, another moderate to rather strong high pressure area form China will extend to upper Thailand. Light rain in the first after that temperature will drop 4-6 C. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with continuous rain over the areas.
The tropical Depression over the South China Sea is expected to make landfall the southern part of Vietnam during 24-26 Nov, and it will downgrade to tropical depression and low pressure cell, respectively.
