General Situation The moderate high pressure system from the south of China extend to the North and the Northeast. Isolated thundershowers with a cool spell and strengthening winds will be likely over the areas. A decrease in temperature by 1-3 C.
The northeast monsoon will intensify with outbreaks of continuous rainfall over the South.
The tropical storm “Usagi” over the middle South China Sea is moving westsouthwest at a speed of 20 Km/hr. It is expected to move to the coast of Southern Vietnam during 24-26 November and then downgrades, respectively.
