During 23-27 Nov, another moderate to rather strong high pressure area form China will extend to upper Thailand. Light rain in the first after that temperature will drop 3-5 C. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with still rainfall in this area.
The tropical storm “Usagi” over the middle South China Sea is moving west. Expected to make landfall the southern part of Vietnam during 24-26 Nov, and it will downgrade to tropical depression and low pressure cell, respectively. During 26-28 Nov, the lower Northeast, the East, the lower Central Bangkok and Vicinity are likely thundershowers in these areas. The South more rain.

People over upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the decrease of temperature. During 24-26, passengers for Vietnam should stay tuned for the forecast. During 26-28 Nov, farmers in the lower East, the East and the lower Central should beware agricultural crops that will be damaged by the rain.
