General Situation The moderate high-pressure system covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool weather with decreasing temperatures by 1-3 C and strong winds will be likely in the North, the Northeast, and the Central regions. Besides, isolated light rains are also possible for the lower Northeast. The northeast monsoon still prevails across the Gulf of Thailand with isolated rain over the South.
Tropical storm USAGI overs southern Vietnam, due 60 km northeast of Hochimin, is moving northwest slowly. It will be then downgraded to a tropical depression and a low-pressure cell, respectively. All travelers stay tuned for the weather updated.
