During 27-29 Nov, the westerly trough will move to cover the North and the Northeast while another rather strong high pressure area form China will extend to upper Thailand. Cool to cold with strong winds are likely over upper Thailand and temperature drop 2-4 C and cold to very cold on mountaintops with frost in some place. The stronger northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. More rain with isolated rain is likely in the South. During 30 Nov - 3 Dec, the high pressure will weaken and cause increasing in temperature 1-3 C with morning fog, but cool weather remains over the North and the Northeast. The strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with continuous rain and isolated heavy rain over the South. The moderate wind waves are likely about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand.
Warning
During 27-29 Nov, farmers in the lower East, the East and the lower Central should beware agricultural crops that will be damaged by the rain. People in the North and the Northeast should beware of cold weather. During 30 Nov - 3 Dec, people in the South should beware of inshore surge and heavy rain. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
