During 3 - 6 Dec, the weak high pressure area covers upper Thailand and the south China Sea cause fog in the morning and thick patches in some areas. Isolated thundershowers are likely in the upper Thailand. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South, thundershowers occur in the South. During 7 - 9 Dec, another rather strong high pressure area from China will extend to cover upper Thailand. Isolated thundershowers in the first time, after that temperature drops 2-4 C cause cool to cold weather with strong winds are likely in the North and the Northeast. Whereas, the central, the East including Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity temperature drops 1-3 C. The strengthening northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South cause isolated heavy rain over the South.

During 3 - 6 Dec, people in the South should beware of inshore surge and heavy rain. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution. All transports should take caution due to poor visibility. During 7 - 9 Dec, people over upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the decrease of temperature.
