During 7-10 Dec, the rather strong high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea. thundershowers in the first time, after that temperature will slight drop. While the westerly trough will move to coverd the upper North affect this area has thundershowers in this period. During 11-13, another moderate high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea. Cool weather, 2-4 C and strong winds are likely in the Northeast. Whereas, the central, the East including Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity temperature will drop 1-3 C. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen and cause isolated heavy rain over the South.
Warning
During 7-12 Dec, people over upper Thailand should keep healthy due to the decrease of temperature. During 7-9 Dec, people in the South should beware of the severe weather conditions that cause a possible flash flood. All ships in the Gulf of Thailand should proceed with caution.
