General Situation The high-pressure system over upper Thailand is weakening. There remain cool to cold spells in the North and the Northeast while the rest of the upper half of the country get a rise in temperatures by 1-2 C. People are advised to stay healthy due to the changeable conditions.
The northeast monsoon prevailing the Gulf and the South is weakening and cause less rain with isolated heavy rain over the areas. People are advised to brace for the possible flash floods and the forest runoffs in the areas that have gained the accumulated rainfalls. The wind and waves are likely about 2 meters high over the lower Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution.
