General Situation The northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf while the active low covers the upper Andaman Sea. Outbreaks of thundershowers will be likely some of the upper South. Provinces include Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Ranong. People should beware of the severe conditions that cause forest runoffs and flash floods. The winds become weak with 1-2 meters high of waves. All ships still proceed with caution.
