While the other region is increasing temperature with morning because the high pressure areas cover the Northeast and the South China Sea is weakening during 10-12 January. During 13-15 January 2019, another high pressure area from China will to cover the Northeastern of Thailand and South China Sea. The upper Thailand is cool to cold weather and temperature decreasing 1-3 C.
