The high pressure across the Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea forces the southeasterly wind to bring the humidity to the upper country. The westerly trough covers the North and Laos. Thundershowers are forecast for the upper Thailand while the North region will have more thunderstorm chances than any other regions. Temperature drops 2-3 C. People in the North should beware of the severe conditions, and farmers should beware of crop damage. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf is weakening with less rain over the South.
