The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South cause less rain over the South. During 17-20 January 2019, the moderate another high pressure area from China will extend to cover the North, the Northeast and the South China Sea cause drop in temperature by 2-4C, cool weather are likely over the North and the Northeast. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strength cause more rain over the South.
