Another moderate high pressure area from China extended to cover the South of China. It will extend to covers upper Vietnam and Laos during 15-16 Jan, 2019. Expected it will extend to covers the Northeastern of Thailand during17-19 Jan, 2019. This will cause, these areas will colder and temperature will decrease.
