The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South and cause isolated thundershower over the areas. During 17-21 January 2019, the moderate another high pressure area from China will extend to cover upper Thailand and cause drop in temperature by 2-4C, cool weather are likely over upper Thailand. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf of Thailand and the South will strengthen cause more rain over the South.
