General Situation Another moderate high pressure covers the Northeast of Thailand and Laos. It is extending to the rest of the upper half of the country while the stronger northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf.
Cool to cold spells with strong winds are forecast for the Northeast. Temperatures are also decreasing by 2-4 C but 1-3 C for the rest of the upper portions. People should keep healthy due to the cooler weather. The South will get more rains with moderate sea about 2 meters in the lower Gulf, and all ships should proceed with caution.
