General Situation The moderate high pressure covers upper Thailand and South China Sea. It is extending to the rest of the upper half of the country while the stronger northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf.
Cool to cold spells with strong winds are forecast for the upper Thailand. Temperatures are also decreasing by 1-3 C in Northeast but 1-2 C for the rest of the upper portions. People should keep healthy due to the cooler weather. The South will get consist rains with moderate sea about 2 meters in the lower Gulf, and all ships should proceed with caution.
