General Situation Another rather strong high pressure covers the Northeast of Thailand, and it will covers all the rest of the upper half of the country today. The northeast monsoon across the Gulf of Thailand will be rather stronger.
Cool to cold spells will be across the North and the Northeast with strong winds. Temperatures will decrease by 3-5 C while the rest of the upper half country will get cool spell with temperatures decreasing by 1-3 C. People should keep healthy due to the changeable weather. The rather strong wind in the South leads the moderate waves about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
