General Situation The moderate high pressure covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea with cool to cold spells and morning mist over the North and the Northeast. People should keep healthy due to the cold weather. The moderate northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand with the moderate waves in the lower Gulf about 2 meters. All ships should proceed with caution.
From 26-27 January, another moderate high pressure system will extend to the upper country. There remains cold spells over the area.
