Weather Forecast: During 30 January – 3 February 2019, the weak high pressure area covers upper Thailand. Morning cool with fog are likely over the upper country while cool to cold are likely over the Norht and the Northeast. During 4 – 5 February 2019, the high pressure over upper Thailand is weakening while the southeasterly winds will cover upper Thailand. Increasing in temperature by 2-4C and morning fog are forecast for the upper country with isolated rain.
The moderate northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. The moderate wind and wave are expected about 2 meters over the lower Gulf throughout the period.

Warning: During 30 January – 5 February 2019, people in the upper Thailand should beware procedure with caution cause of poor visibility. All ships over the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea should proceed with cautions throughout the period.
