Cool to cold are likely over the North and the upper Northeast while Morning fog over the Central, the East including Bangkok Metropolis and Vicinity. During 4 – 6 February 2019, the high pressure over upper Thailand is weakening while the southeasterly winds will cover upper Thailand. Increasing in temperature by 2-4 C and morning fog are forecast for the upper country with isolated rain.
The weak northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South with wind and wave are expected 1- 2 meters over the lower Gulf throughout the period.
