General Situation The weak high-pressure system covers Vietnam and the South China Sea while the southeasterly winds cover upper Thailand with the humidity from the South China Sea. The westerly winds covers the North while the weak northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of Thailand.
There remains cool to cold spells forecast with morning fog and thick patches for the North. The rest of the upper half of the country will have morning fog with thick patches and day hot. Some odd rains are possible for the lower Central and the East regions. All transports should take extra caution. In the South, outbreaks of isolated thundershowers are still possible.
