General Situation Another rather strong high pressure from China covers the Northeast and the South China Sea while the southeasterly winds covers the lower Northeast, the Central and the East regions with the humidity. More, outbreaks of thundershowers with gusty wind will be possible for the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. The westerly winds over the North and the upper Northeast leading to day hot spells in the upper country while the North and the upper Northeast still get cool to cold spells in the morning with patchy fog. The northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South. People in upper Thailand should beware of gusty wind. All transports in the North should take extra caution from dense fog.
During 11-13 February 2019, The rather strong high-pressure system from China extend to the upper country while day hot remains over the areas witb the southeasterly winds prevail over upper Thailand. Outbreaks of thundershowers and gusty winds in the first, after that decreasing temperatures by 1-3 C will be possible for the Northeast, the Central and the East regions while the South will get more rains with 2 meters high of waves.
