Thundershowers with gust are likely upper Thailand and then cause drop 1-3 C in temperature in the Northeast, the Central and the East. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. More rains are likely in the South. The moderates wind and waves are likely about 2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand. During 16 - 17 February 2019, the high pressure area covers the upper Thailand will weakening while the southeasterly wind bring the humidity from the South China Sea to upper Thailand. Hot during the day is likely over upper Thailand and increasing in temperature with morning fog and dense fog. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South is weakening. The South is decreasing rain. The westerly trough will moving pass the North cause cool to cold in the areas.
