General Situation The moderate high-pressure covers the North, the Northeast and the South China Sea while the southeasterly winds covers upper Thailand where hot weather occurs with the humidity from the South China Sea and the Gulf. The stronger northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf.
Outbreaks of thundershowers with gusty winds will be possible for the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. The severe conditions will affects over the upper country while the South gets more thundershowers with the moderate waves of 1-2 meters high. People in the upper country should stay safe and keep off unsecured billboards and buildings.

mostly in Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Uttaradit,
Tak, Kamphaengphet, Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, and Phichit.
