Hot during the day is likely over upper Thailand and increasing in temperature with morning fog and dense fog. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South is weakening. The South is decreasing rain. The westerly trough will moving pass the North cause cool to cold in the areas. During 16 - 19 February 2019, another moderate high pressure area covers upper Northeast Thailand and The South China Sea. While the westery wave will moving through the Northert part. Thundershowers with gust are likely upper Thailand and then cause drop 1-2 C in temperature in the Northeast, the Central and the East. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. The South is remains thundshowers. The moderates wind and waves are likely 1-2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand.
