During 14 – 15 February 2019, the high pressure area over upper Thailand is weakening while the southeasterly wind bring the moisture from the South China Sea to upper Thailand. Hot during the day is likely over upper Thailand and increasing in temperature with morning fog and dense fog. The northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South is weakening causes less rain over the South. The westerly trough will move pass the North with cool to cold in the areas.
During 16 - 20 February 2019, another moderate high pressure area will cover the upper Northeast and The South China Sea while the westery trough will move through the North. Thundershowers with gust are likely over upper Thailand and then cause drop 1-2 C in temperature in the Northeast, the Central and the East. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. Thundshowers remains over the South with the moderates wind and waves 1-2 meters in the Gulf of Thailand.

During 14 – 15 February 2019, people in upper Thailand should beware of poor visibility. During 16 – 20 February 2019, people over upper Thailand should beware of thundershowers with gusty wind and farmers should watch up for crops damage.
