General Situation The heat low cell covers upper Thailand with hot spells, except for cool to cold spells remaining in the morning in the upper North due to the westerly winds across the upper North. The southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the lower Northeast and the East while the easterly winds prevail overs the Gulf of Thailand and the South cause isolated thundershowers possible.
The high-pressure system from China will extend to Laos, the upper Northeast of Thailand and the South China Sea today (25 Febuary 2019). It will collide with hot conditions across upper Thailand to make isolated thundershowers with gusty winds over the area.
