General Situation The heat low cell covers upper Thailand while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the East and the Northeast. Hot with very hot spells over the upper country. From 13-16 March, the high-pressure system from China will extend to the upper Northeast and the South China Sea while hot weather remains over upper Thailand. Outbreaks of thunderstorms and gusty winds with hails will occur in the Northeast, the East, and the Central regions. People should stay safe by keeping off big trees, unsecured building, and billboards. Farmers should prepare for crop’s damage.
