General Situation The heat low covers upper Thailand while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the upper country where hot to very hot spells occur. Outbreaks of isolated thundershowers will be possible in the Northeast, the East and the South. All people stay safe and keep healthy due to the heat.
From 14-18 March, the high-pressure system from China will extend to the upper Northeast and the South China Sea while hot weather remains over upper Thailand. From 18-19 March, the westerly trough will blow in to the North. Outbreaks of thunderstorms and gusty winds with hail will occur first in the Northeast and the East regions, then the res of the upper half of the country. People should stay safe by keeping off big trees, unsecured building, and billboards. Farmers should prepare for crop’s damage.
