The heat low pressure cell covers upper Thailand cause hot during the day throughout of period. During 18 – 19 Mar 2019, the westerly trough will blew in to the North. Summer thunderstorm, isolated thunderstorm with gusty winds and hail, are likely in the North, the Northeast, the upper Central, and the East. During 23 – 24 Mar 2019, the another high pressure area from China will extend to covers upper Thailand and the South China Sea meanwhile hot spells over the country. Including, the South and Southeast winds prevails over the areas. Isolated summer thunderstorms occur in upper Thailand.
