The heat low pressuer cell covers upper Thailand cause hot during the day throughout of period. On 19 Mar 2019, the westerly trough will blow into the North. Thunderstorm with gusty winds and hail, are likely in the North, the Northeast, the upper Central, and the East. During 23 – 25 Mar 2019, the another high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea meanwhile hot spells over the country. The Southerly and Southeasterly winds prevail over the areas. Isolated thunderstorms will occur in upper Thailand.
