During 23 – 26 Mar 2019, the another high pressure area from China will extend to the Northeastern of Thailand and the South China Sea while hot spells over the country. The Southerly and Southeasterly winds prevail over the North, the Central and the East. Thunderstorms will be occur in upper Thailand. Warning During 23 – 26 Mar 2019, people over upper Thailand should beware thunderstorm with gusty winds and farmers should watch for crops damage.
