General Situation The heat low covers upper Thailand while the southerly and southeasterly winds prevail over the upper country. Hot to very hot spell will be likely in the upper country with possible isolated thundershowers of the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South.
During 23-27 March 2019, another high pressure from China will extend to the Northeast and the South China Sea while hot weather remains. Thunderstorm with gusty winds and hail are forecast for upper Thailand. People should stay safe due to the severe conditions by keeping off from an open area, big trees and unsecured billboards. Farmers are advised to prepare for crop’s damages.
