During 25 – 27 Mar 2019, the high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea while hot spells over the country. Thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail will be occur in upper Thailand. The strong southeasterly winds prevails over the South cause more rain with isolated heavy rain in the South. During 28 – 31 Mar 2019, the heat low pressure cell covers upper Thailand while the westerly through from Myanmar move to covers the North, the upper Central and the upper Northeast. The Southerly and the Southeasterly winds prevails over the lower Northeast and the East cause thundershowers remains in the areas.

During 25 – 27 Mar 2019, people over upper Thailand should beware thunderstorm with gusty winds and farmers should watch for crops damage.
