During 29 - 30 Mar 2019, the heat low pressure cell covers upper Thailand with hot weather occur over the country. The Southerly and the Southeasterly winds prevails over the lower Northeast and the East cause thundershowers remains in the areas. During 31 Mar – 4 Apr 2019, the high pressure area from China will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea while hot spells over the country. Thunderstorms with gusty wind and hail will occur in upper Thailand, starting by the Northeast and the East. The stronger southeasterly winds prevails over the South cause more rain with isolated heavy rain in the South.

During 31 Mar – 4 Apr 2019, people over upper Thailand should beware thunderstorm with gusty winds and farmers should watch for crops damage.
