The heat low pressure cell covers upper Thailand cause hot to very hot is likely over the areas throughout of the period. During 24-25 and 29-30 Apr 2019, the Southerly and the Southeasterly winds prevail over the country. Isolated thundershowers with gusty winds are likely in the upper country. During 26-28 Apr 2019, the Southerly and Southeasterly winds prevailing over the lower North, the lower Northeast the Central and the East will strengthen. Thunderstorm, gusty winds with isolated hail are likely over the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East. The easterly winds prevail over the South will stronger cause more rain in the South.
