General Situation A confluence of the southwesterly and southeasterly winds prevail over upper Thailand. Less rains are forecast for the upper country, but there remains isolated heavy rains for the Central and the East. People should beware of the severe conditions.
The moderate westerly winds across the Andaman Sea are weakening, but there remains isolated heavy rain in the South. The moderate wind waves in the Andaman Sea are forecast 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships should proceed with caution.

Northern Part Cloudy. Scattered thundershowers mostly in Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Lampang, Phayao,
Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai, Phichit, Phitsanulok and Phetchabun.
