General Situation The monsoon trough remains across the North and the upper Northeast through the low pressure cell over Laos and upper Vietnam. The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and Thailand while the southeasterly wind covers the Northeast and the East.
Continuous rains will be likely over the country with some heavy rains for the North, the Northeast, the East and the South regions. People beware of severe conditions that may cause flash flood. Meanwhile the weak winds leading the waves up to 1-2 meters high and in thundershower areas above 2 meters high in both seas. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
