General Situation
The moderate southwest monsoon remains over the Andaman Sea and the South. Thundershowers are expected over the whole country with some heavy rains in the North, the Central and the East regions. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash flood. The areas includes Mae Hong Son, Tak, Ratchaburi, Kachanaburi, Chanthaburi and Trat.
The stronger winds are likely over the upper Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf leading waves from Phuket northwards up to 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore for a few days.
