over the upper Andaman Sea and Thailand. Thundershowers are expected over the upper country with some heavy rains in the North and the East regions while less rain in the South. People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash flood. The areas include Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Tak, Chanthaburi and Trat.
The moderate winds are likely over the Andaman Sea about 2 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution.
