The strong southwest monsoon prevails across the Andaman Sea and Thailand while monsoon trough lies across Myanmar ,the upper North and Laos throughout the period and during 19-21 June the southeasterly wind prevail overs the Northeast. Thundershowers are likely over Thailand with isolated heavy to very heavy rains in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast).
The wind waves in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf will strengthen, 2-3 meters over the upper Andaman Sea throughout the period.

During 18 - 19 Jun 2019, people in the North, the Northeast, the East and the South should beware of heavy rains. People in the western part of the North and the South (west coast) should beware of flash flood. All ships in Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf should proceed with caution and small boats in the upper Andaman Sea should keep ashore throughout the period.
